Alongside being a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, Claudia is Boxing Alley’s yoga teacher. With experience teaching in Bali, London and Budapest, she now shares her passion for fitness and wellbeing in her home city, Auckland.
Her training sessions are fun and energetic, pushing people to reach their full potential while having a good time. Beyond the psychical benefits of a working out, she is passionate about exercise for mental health. Her background as a qualified yoga instructor has allowed her to gain insight into the role movement plays in enhancing wellbeing and the importance of a balanced lifestyle.
